SIMPOVA is committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If you have any problem with your order we will do everything within reason to correct it. Your card will be billed as www.simpova.com. If you initiate a credit card dispute against the charge for any reason, you agree to pay all penalties, fees and other costs related to our response to the dispute. Any sale through www.simpova.com constitutes purchaser's agreement to this policy.

LEGAL VENUE

Any sale through www.simpova.com constitutes purchaser's acceptance that the venue for any and all legal claims and controversies regarding the sale of merchandise shall lie in the District Courts for the County of Jefferson, State of Missouri. Furthermore, any and all disputes shall be governed by and construed under Missouri law as such law applies to transactions between Missouri residents entered into and to be performed entirely within Missouri, except as governed by federal law.
